#CONCOR India Limited Dividend
The Board of Directors of Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR)
has declared a final #dividend or Rs. 2.85 per equity share at the face
value of Rs 5 for the FY 19-20. This is in addition to the Interim Dividend
of Rs. 0.75 @ 15% for #share of Rs. 5 each which was already paid by the
company in February 2020.
However, the #declared dividend has to be approved by the
shareholders in the #Annual General Meeting scheduled on 29
September 2020.
